User's confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an offer made by the company; it constitutes an offer to the company, whose acceptance will be indicated by the issue of an order acknowledgement.

If the wrong item has been delivered or the item delivered is damaged or faulty in any way, please notify us immediately by completing this e-mail form quoting your name, e-mail address, phone number and the problem you have encountered. We will contact you with return instructions and arrange for a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible.

If you are unhappy with an item for any other reason, return it in the original packaging, in the condition it was sent to you in, within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange (although it may be necessary for us to make a deduction from any refund to cover our costs).

We attempt to provide you with the fastest possible service. This means that by the time you get back to us it may not be possible to stop an order going out. Because of security issues, it is not yet possible for us to take orders for delivery outside the UK or to take payment on credit/debit cards not issued in the UK. We hope to be able to address these issues in the coming months and apologize for any inconvenience in the meantime.
