Please note that your order does not constitute acceptance of an offer made by the company; it constitutes an offer to the company, whose acceptance subject to availability of stock will be indicated by the issue of an order acknowledgement.

| Pricing |
We do our best to check against other sites to make sure what we offer is always very competitively priced. Our books are typically priced at 10-20% below recommended retail price, so this is broadly comparable with what you find at our larger internet competitors.

| Batteries |
Other gift shops will charge you £1.99 or more for batteries, but we include high quality alkalines for free as standard.

| Delivery |
Delivery will be charged on only one item. Yes, it will be the heaviest/largest, but it does mean that any further items going to that one address will be cost you nothing to have delivered. So do all your shopping in one go and only pay one charge!
Standard Orders will normally be delivered within 3-4 working days, although some items like personalized gifts will take longer.
Express Delivery. Where available, orders received before 11.00 am will be delivered next day for only £3.50 extra.
Please note that orders will be delivered during the working day and often require signature, so if no-one is in to receive them, they will be returned to your local sorting office to await your collection. Some of you may find it easier to have goods delivered to your work address.

| Wrapping |
Wrapping is available on most items for 1.75.

| Returns |
If the wrong item has been delivered or the item delivered is damaged or faulty in any way, please notify us immediately by completing this e-mail form quoting your name, e-mail address, phone number and the problem you have encountered. We will contact you with return instructions and arrange for a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible.

| Exchange or refund |
If you are unhappy with an item for any other reason, return it in the original packaging, in the condition it was sent to you in, within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange (although it may be necessary for us to make a deduction from any refund to cover our costs).

| Cancellations |

We attempt to provide you with the fastest possible
service. This means that by the time you get back to us it may not
be possible to stop an order going out. But if you have a problem,

to e-mail and we will do what we can to help (although it may
be necessary for us to make a deduction from any refund to cover
our costs).

| International Policy |
Because of security issues, it is not yet possible for us to take orders for delivery outside the UK or to take payment on credit/debit cards not issued in the UK. We hope to be able to address these issues in the coming months and apologize for any inconvenience in the meantime.
